Chocolate Birthday Bar

A chocolate twist on one of our favorite bars! We've opted for a chocolate cookie base and thrown in a heap of chocolate chips, vanilla chips, mini marshmallows, and of course - rainbow sprinkles! These bars are ooey, gooey indulgence wrapped up in a fun and festive way.  They aren't just for the kids - you're gonna want to try them for yourself!
